Delayed Gel Crosslinker
Description
AUSFRACLINK 215 is a time-delayed borate crosslinker for guar-based fracturing fluids. AUSFRACLINK 215 comes in the form of an environmentally friendly liquid slurry for ease of use. This product allows for the adjustment of the gel crosslinking time by manipulating the pH and activator loadings.
Features
- Liquid slurry form makes addition easy and simple.
- Activation begins at room temperature and provides a stable fluid at temperatures up to and over 300°F.
- Delayed crosslinking means less initial friction pressure and therefore less power needed to pump fracturing fluid.
- Reduces the polymer loading requirement, especially when used with other Aus-Frac products.
- Creates fluids that are very shear stable, with excellent reheal properties.
- Produces an ultra-clean reservoir when used with Aus-Frac’s stimulation products.
- May be modified to meet customer requirements.
