High pH Liquid Enzyme Breaker
Description
AUSFRACBREAK 150 is a double-strength breaker designed to break guar and derivatized guar-based fracturing fluids, as well as cellulose and its derivatives. AUSFRACBREAK 150 is highly effective up to a fluid pH of 10.0 and at temperatures below 160°F.
Application
Recommended dosage levels range from 1.89 – 3.78L of AUSFRACBREAK 150 per 3785L of base fluid. AUSFRACBREAK 150 can also be used in fluids that are up to 50% alcohol based. Testing is strongly recommended.
Properties
- Temperature Range: Most effective in temperatures between 50 – 160°F. AUSFRACBREAK 150 can be used above 160°F, but its effectiveness will decrease as temperature increases.
- pH Range: Up to a pH of 10.0
Note: All testing should be conducted once the product has been approved for use.
Storage
AUSFRACBREAK 150 is stable for up to six months at 40 – 50°F with less than a 10% loss in activity.
Packaging
Available in 5 gal. pails, 55 gal. poly drums, and 275 gal. and 330 gal. poly totes.
